Very impressed! I'm getting back into shape after a few months off and WOW! I am very picky about my trainers and fitness instructors. No pushovers, no half assed workouts. This bootcamp is the real deal. I'm hooked after the first grueling (but awesome) bootcamp class.

My 6 year old daughter is in the Little Dragons Karate class. She loves it. We go twice a week for a half hour each class. The price is reasonable. The place is very nice and plenty of spaces for us parents to sit and watch in a nice air conditioning place. There is always other classes going on. I would recommend this to all parents.

Great family friendly facility. The instructors are amazing and really care about the students. From karate to fitness you will find something you can try for the whole family. I started training at fusion 5 years ago with Brazilian jiu jitsu. Great bunch of people.

I don’t have any martial arts experience. Can I take Krav Maga?
Yes, you don’t need experience to take Krav Maga classes. There are levels of Krav Maga just as there are in any martial arts discipline, so you’ll start at the bottom and work your way up.
Is there a belt system in Krav Maga?
Yes, there are six levels: Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown and Black. You’ll have to test at each level before advancing to the next.
