Muay Thai & Kickboxing in Rocklin

Stand-up striking and conditioning at 2315 Sunset Blvd in Rocklin.

Muay Thai is the striking art known as the art of eight limbs, because it uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Paired with kickboxing, it is one of the most direct ways to learn real stand-up skill while getting into the best shape of your life.

Training runs on pads, bags, and technique work rather than fighting from day one. You do not need a background, a fight record, or a certain fitness level to start. Most people walk in with none of the three, and the work scales to whoever is on the floor.

What You Work On

  • Stance, footwork, and guard, so you are balanced before you ever throw
  • Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows on Thai pads and heavy bags
  • Blocking, checking kicks, and reading what is coming at you
  • Clinch work, the part of Muay Thai most gyms skip
  • Combination work and pad rounds that build real conditioning
  • Optional partner drilling once the fundamentals are solid

Muay Thai and kickboxing run on their own schedule, separate from our martial arts class calendar. Call and we will tell you what is running this week.
